Warranty and Complaints
Damage & defect upon receipt
We take the utmost care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in good condition and without damage. However, it can occasionally happen that your order is damaged during the shipping process. If you receive your order damaged, you must report this as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after receipt, to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include photos of the damage(s) in the email message. We will then respond quickly with an appropriate solution.
We give a standard 6-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. The warranty covers defects due to production errors. Wear and tear or defects caused by use damage, and expected wear and tear due to normal daily use, are not covered by the warranty. To claim the warranty, you must keep the original invoice and register the product via our email address email@example.com
If you are less satisfied with something, or if you have another complaint to report, please contact us first via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will handle your complaint quickly and carefully and will do everything we can to come up with an appropriate solution. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation with Stichting Webwinkelkeur viathis link. As a consumer, you also have the right to submit your dispute to the European Disputes Committee via this link.
