Shipping/pick up

Delivery time Netherlands:
We do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. If you order on working days before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. Delivery is via DHL's postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Shipping costs Netherlands:
The shipping costs are free when spending from € 85, -.
For orders under €85, we charge a small contribution of €5.95.
If you want to return something and your order therefore falls below € 85, the shipping costs € 5.95 will still be charged and deducted from the return item.

Shipping costs Belgium
The shipping costs are free when spending from € 100, -.
For orders under €100, we charge a small contribution of €8.95.

Collect, exchange or return your order
We do not have a store, but we do have an option to collect, exchange or return your order. If you would like this, you can send us an email or call us to make an appointment so that we do not miss each other. Choose pick up during the ordering process. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready.
